• Intent-driven: someone searching "notary exam prep" is about to spend money to pass a test that gates their income — not browsing for entertainment.
• Sell a product, not ad views: $25–40 bundle to a motivated buyer beats a viral Short earning a few dollars in CPM.
• Durable + compounding: build once, sells for years with only accuracy refreshes — opposite of the daily-content treadmill (RR / WL / LM101).
