β How you send the 1003 (your earlier question, answered)
Your online application (POS) link lives in your Profile. Send that link to a borrower β they fill out the 1003 online β it flows into a loan file.
Already started a file? Open it β Invite Consumer to send the borrower in.
LendingPad = your LOS (loan origination). Bevri = a separate AI POS NEXA is layering on (different login β that's why it wouldn't sign you in). You don't need Bevri to take an application β LendingPad's link works now.
1 Β· Dashboard β your bird's-eye view
Top menu: Dashboard Β· Pipeline Β· Contacts Β· Reports Β· Settings Β· Support Β· Training.
Tasks (top-left): loan tasks assigned to you.
TRID warning buckets (top-middle): 3-day = app taken but no Loan Estimate issued yet Β· 10-day = LE issued but no Intent-to-Proceed Β· 30-day Β· Prepare CD. Hover the eye icon to see the logic. (These keep you compliant β watch them.)
Last-modified loans (left): recently edited files; shows if someone's currently in a file.
2 Β· Pipeline β where your loans live
Click Search to load; pick a view (top-right) + filters.
Create = new loan from scratch Β· Import = from a 3.4 file or spreadsheet (drag-drop β Import New Loan).
Click any loan to open/edit; you can open in a new tab and run multiple tabs/screens.
3 Β· Contacts β third parties (not borrowers)
Insurance agents, real estate agents, title companies β anyone in the transaction who isn't the borrower.
Company contact = whole company can use it Β· Personal = only you.
Naming rule: Contact name = the company (RE/MAX, State Farm); Point of contact = the person (Jake from State Farm). Then choose the type.
4 Β· Inside a loan file β the workflow (left-hand menu)
Borrowers β enter the 1003 data per borrower. Co-borrower linked = joint applicants (one 1003); Unlink = separate applicants (two 1003s). Use Edit URLA form (top-right) to edit the 1003 in URLA format.
Financials β employment + income.
Run AUS β click the Send button (integrations) to run DU/LPA. Read the findings for your conditions.
Pricing β Get Price β Get Products (needs a FICO entered) β pricing populates in LendingPad.
Additional Data β anything not captured in the 1003.
Loan Dates β disclosure dates (app-taken, LE issuance, CD signed). These drive the TRID buckets on your dashboard.
Disclosure β the fees. The General Cost Details mimics the Loan Estimate / Closing Disclosure β you can provide it to the borrower.
Documents β generate the pre-approval letter, Borrower's Authorization, etc. E-sign is built in (~$2.50 per envelope).
Invite Consumer β invite the borrower into the file via the online POS (if they didn't apply through your link). Update Loan / Merge Borrowers β update from a newer 3.4 or merge a borrower.
5 Β· Getting help inside LendingPad
Live Support Zoom room β MondayβFriday, noonβ5pm Eastern (link top-right). Drop in for real-time help.
Support and Training tabs in the top menu for guides.
How this maps to your process: Send your POS link (or Invite Consumer) β borrower completes the 1003 β you review the Borrowers section line-by-line β send upfront disclosures from Documents β run AUS β request docs β reassess β re-run AUS β generate the pre-approval letter from Documents β submit to processing. That's your Pre-Approval Process guide, in LendingPad.
